1) The Client undertakes full responsibility for and expenses of proper transportation of rented materials to and from Oliphant Studio.

2) Once purchased or rented or material is transported from Oliphant Studio the client obligates him/herself to full payment of the applicable purchase or rental fee and full compliance with the terms and conditions herein.

3) In the event of loss, theft or damage of rental materials, the client is liable for the above designated replacement or damage fee, whichever is applicable.

4) The client will provide Oliphant Studio with proof of compliance with the agreed upon usage of the rented material by means of tearsheet, chromes or negatives.

5) The client agrees to return rented material within the rental period or be liable for an additional fee of $100.00-$150.00 dollars per day.

6) All commissioned or rented drops remain the exclusive property of Oliphant Studio.

7) You can order some backdrops directly online using the “Store / Shopping Cart” features on our website for backdrop purchases.

8) Not all backdrops on this website are available for purchase.

Shipping and Returns Policy

All backdrop sales are final. There are no exceptions. Please choose your backdrop carefully. We will not accept backdrop returns.

We will ship purchased backdrops to your door via FedEx ground for free. Free shipping normally takes 4 to 7 days to arrive. Other FedEx rate options are also available at checkout. You may also select to pick up your backdrop from our studio.
